Vacancies for parish councillors

There are currently two vacancies for parish councillors on Ludgvan Parish Council.

The parish is made up of three wards, and there are currently two vacancies on the Lelant Ward, and so to achieve good geographic representation the council would like to see applications from residents of Canonstown and Whitecross. Applications are welcome from anyone who feels they have skills and enthusiasm that they can bring to the council. If you are willing to put your name forward to represent the views of your local community and to help shape the work of the council, please do so, wherever you live/work, provided that this is within 3 miles of the parish council’s boundary.

For more information, see the attached advert and application form. You can email or ring the parish clerk to find out more, or contact any of the existing parish councillors.

We will welcome applications from a diverse range of people, to help the council to reflect the local community and the aims and wishes of local people.
